Now that they've acquired the Moultonborough property, they have listed the Grouse Point home for sale. There’s also talk that the neighboring property behind it may be listed soon.

The Loch Lane property was originally sold as part of an auction and was quickly relisted into separate parcels. One of these parcels sold last month for $6.5M, while the remaining land parcel on Governors Island is still available for $3.2M.

On the entry-level side, 17 Chipmunk Lane sold for just under $1M. This unique parcel has some limiting factors due to the boat navigation challenges posed by its location in a channel/cove.
