All sold for asking or above

In the month of May 2022 for privately-owned Lake Winnipesaukee waterfront properties, all FOUR sales sold for the asking price or above and had average days on the market of 4 days. One- 33 Cummings Cove Rd in Meredith sold off-market- which in that case shows 0 days on market. Two of the four properties were island properties only accessible by boat. 


Last year YTD, January 2021-May 2021 41 privately-owned Lake Winnipesaukee had sold. During the same time period for 2022- only 23 homes were sold. For the 2021 same time period, there were 47 new listings that hit the market between January and May, this year 2022 -55. 


Of the 19 new listings that were listed in May- only 9 remain available on the market. The others are pending or closed already.  8 of the 19 listed in May were island properties of which 3 remain available for purchase as of the publication of this blog. 24 total properties remain available on the privately-owned Winnipesaukee real estate market, nine of which are island homes. The average of this available inventory is just shy of $4M.
