Gunstock Hillclimb: Wednesday June 12th 8am-4:30pm

The Gunstock Hillclimb is back again for Laconia Motorcycle Week Rally! We can't wait to hold this cult classic event on Wednesday, June 12th at its original location-- the 70-meter ski jump! Staged by Ridge Runner Promotions and presented by Laconia Harley Davidson, this incredible day of action consists of two separate events – an Amateur Invitational in the morning and a $20,000 American Hillclimb, sanctioned by AMA Pro Racing, in the afternoon. There will be halftime entertainment, BYOB, there will also be a beverage garden on site at the event.

Hillclimb spectators and Laconia Motorcycle Week visitors are invited to make Gunstock their home base for the week. Camp sites are available in easy walking distance to the Hillclimb in Gunstock’s expansive campground, voted Best of NH 2018. The Adventure Park, voted Best of NH both 2018 and 2019 for Lakes Region Summer Attraction, will be open with reduced operations, featuring the high-speed ZipTour, Mountain Coaster, and Scenic Lift Rides overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee. Show your Hillclimb wristband and receive 25% off your adventure!

-Gates open to the public at 8am, opening ceremony and competition begins at 9am.
-Cash-only event, ATM on site at the Main Lodge
-Admission will be $20, free for children 10 and under
-BYOB, there will also be a beverage garden on site at the event
-Coolers must be no larger than 17" x 12" x 14"
-No glass bottles allowed.
-No animals allowed
-No tents or umbrellas allowed at event site
-Camp sites are available within walking distance to the event, visit Gunstock.com for camping info and to reserve your site!

Freedom Ride 2019: Thursday June 13th 4pm

The 26th Anniversary of the Freedom Ride and the 31st Anniversary of the Vigil Hesky Park "The Rock" Meredith, NH ”Ride to the Rock”Rolling Thunder NH1 will be assisting with the lineup at Lowe’s.

Anyone riding should plan on being at Lowe's, 1407 Lake Shore Road [formerly K-Mart Plaza] in Gilford. Plan on being there by 5:45pm ~ we will be leaving the parking lot by 6:00pm with a state trooper escort down route 3 to “The Rock” Hesky Park. We need to arrive at Hesky Park and be prepared for the start of the vigil at 7:00pm.

* If you are riding with a group we ask that you arrive with the group and fall into the line up ~ we will not allow bumping in the line for safety reasons. *No vehicles will be allowed to be in with the motorcycles. http://www.northeastpowmianetwork.org for more information

Calling all culinary kids! 👨🏼‍🍳 Summer Cupcake Decorating Class for ages 7-12. 🧁

Drop off at 3:30 or ILES students may take Bus 3. Join us for an evening of cupcake creativity with all supplies provided! Lets end this culinary season on a SWEET note! Please RSVP by messaging The Imaginarium.

Myths & Marshmallows: Friday June 14th 8-10pm

Join us at the SLA for a night of star-inspired legends! We’ll start the evening by listening to some of the stories inspired by our constellations, as well as going over a brief history of the significance of astronomy in cultures around the world. Participants will then each get the chance to create their own constellations and write brand new star-inspired legends. Once everyone has finished writing their stories, we’ll move outside to the SLA’s fire pit where participants can choose to share their stories while stargazing and enjoying some tasty s’mores.

What to Bring:
Warm clothing and creativity! If you have a favorite story or book about the stars and would like to share, please bring that too.

Audience:
Storytellers and astronomers of all ages are welcome! Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Looking for the perfect gift for your dad this father’s day? Bring him up to Castle in the Clouds – all dads tour FREE on Father’s Day when visiting with their child. Whether it’s just you and Dad for a fun day with a tour and lunch, or you bring the whole family for a tour and picnic in the field, this will be a day Dad won’t forget! From hiking and feeding our large Rainbow Trout, to enjoying lunch at The Carriage House and going horseback riding, there are plenty of things to do together.

Free admission for fathers is provided both at the front gate admission stand and in the gift shop. Fathers should be sure to be accompanied by their child when purchasing admission! Children can be any age and do not need to fall into our child’s rate category.

Father’s Day Farm to Table Brunch: Sunday June 16th 8:30am-11:30am

The entire family will enjoy our farm to table brunch buffet featuring
dishes that incorporate produce grown at the farm in addition to seasonal fruit, delicious baked goods, egg and meat dishes prepared by our talented kitchen and bakery team.

Seating under our tent is on a first-come, first seated basis. The buffet opens at 8:30 am and closes at 11:30 am.

🎟 Our 2019 ticket prices are $16.99 plus tax per person with a special price of $9.99 plus tax for children 10 and under. Tickets are purchased on the day of the event at the door.
