27 Closings in October

Last year for the same month, 23 properties closed with privately owned waterfront on Winnipesaukee with an average selling price of $1,317, 278. The two properties that took over 300 days on the market to sell were on the market for 365 days and 385 days, both of which closed with conventional financing for 94.11% of the asking price and the other for 95.45% of the asking price.

The highest price is the property many know as the Moultonborough listing with the BEACH! Click HERE to view this property on Hauser Estates. Closed for $5,250,000, they were asking $5.5M. 



More than HALF of the closed properties last month were under contract in 13 days or less! 12 of those 14 properties sold for the asking price or over. The average amount over was $51,625.
